What we collect
We collect the information you provide to place and deliver orders — your name, contact details, delivery address, and order history. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
How we use it
Your data is used to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, manage your account and membership, and — with your consent — send you updates and offers. We never sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share only what's necessary with service providers who help us operate: our payment gateway (Billplz), courier partner (EasyParcel), invoicing (Invois.online), and email provider. They process your data only to perform these services.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also update your details and addresses directly in your account.
