7-day returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Custom orders
Made-to-order (custom) items are produced specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive faulty or incorrect. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.
Faulty or wrong items
If your item is defective or we sent the wrong product, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
How to request
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason. Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
